Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email privacy@mazzmarketing.ca from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
3. In the body, confirm you wish to delete your account and all associated data, including OAuth tokens, metrics history, and any AI-generated outputs.

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days. We will complete deletion within 30 days. OAuth tokens for Meta, Shopify, Google, and Klaviyo will be revoked immediately upon receipt.

Meta-Specific Deletion

If you connected your Meta account and wish to remove only Meta data without deleting your full account, include “Meta data only” in your email and we will revoke Meta tokens and purge Meta-derived metrics within 7 days.
