Mazz Growth OS is built and supported by Mazz Industries Inc. We aim to respond to every support request within one business day.

How to Get Help

  • Email support@mazzmarketing.ca with your question, the brand or store affected, and a screenshot if relevant.
  • For urgent issues affecting a live merchant store (sync failures, OAuth disconnects), include the word “urgent” in the subject and we’ll prioritise the ticket.
  • For privacy requests (data access, deletion), email privacy@mazzmarketing.ca — see our Data Deletion page.

What to Include

  1. Your account email and the brand / shop you’re asking about.
  2. A description of what you expected vs. what you saw.
  3. The approximate time the issue happened (with timezone).
  4. Any error messages or screenshots.

Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Outside of these hours we’ll respond on the next business day.
