How to Get Help
- Email support@mazzmarketing.ca with your question, the brand or store affected, and a screenshot if relevant.
- For urgent issues affecting a live merchant store (sync failures, OAuth disconnects), include the word “urgent” in the subject and we’ll prioritise the ticket.
- For privacy requests (data access, deletion), email privacy@mazzmarketing.ca — see our Data Deletion page.
What to Include
- Your account email and the brand / shop you’re asking about.
- A description of what you expected vs. what you saw.
- The approximate time the issue happened (with timezone).
- Any error messages or screenshots.
